2. WORKOUT
MID BACK ADJUSTMENT AND GUA SHA MASSAGE

  1. Lie on your back and place your shoulder blade region on the Original Home+Office Roller.

  2. Flex your knees and hips, raise your pelvis.

  3. Push away with your legs in order to roll your back over the Original Home+Office Roller. Keep your head facing towards the ground for better control and effect. Continue the rolling motion until you‘ve reached the upper end of the lower back.

  4. Then roll back again by flexing your knees with your feet holding this position. An increased blood circulation and red coloration of the skin after an intensive Gua Sha massage is normal and harmless.

If you are taking blood thinning medication, please seek individual medical advice beforehand.
